And who do you think put it out there that "they are only targeting Michael because he's getting ready to release a new album"...Michael Jackson I would bet! I don't recall Brittany Spears being arrested for child molestation the last time she released an album. Or Sting. Or the remaining Beatles since they're releasing a new album. Or Michael W. Smith who is a Christian artist and surely would be an easy target. I have so had it with this kind of crap.

I can't imagine that what with all the speculation and talk about him and young boys, whether it be true or not,any parents would allow their child to be alone with him.I wonder how much any problems he may have stem from his childhood. And now any children he may have crossed the line with will carry this with them.Such a sad endless cycle.

Remember the old saying "where there's smoke, there's fire"? Well, here I go getting harsh about it. I believe there's compelling evidence that a crime has been committed and that he's the perpetrator. I think any parent who allows a child to be alone with him after he's bought people's silence on similar past allegations needs to be evaluated himself or herself. I don't care how much MJ is cooperating with the authorities in the investigation; I believe he's playing to the public and hoping to escape a trial and confinement by the skin of his teeth again. I believe he's past the point of being a poor thing who needs treatment and become a spoiled, conniving menace who uses his celebrity to victimize others and expects to sidestep scrutiny when the law gets too close by crying "foul".

Do you really buy the "I like to sleep with young boys, but I never touched them improperly" claim? It sounds like Bill Clinton all over again: "I smoked pot, but I never inhaled." "I never had sex with that woman." "It depends on what your definition of the word is, is." Please. E-nough!

I'll have to agree with you on this one Phyllis. They must have something, even a strong suspicion to have a warrant for his arrest. If they just wanted to talk to him, they'd just ask him to come in for questions.

I find it odd that he claims to be innocent of any wrongdoing yet he willingly and happily settled out of court for what is rumored to be a multi-million dollar settlement with the family of the last child who accused him of molestation. If he were innocent, why spend all that money? Surely a trial wouldn't cost him that much money if he were actually innocent. If they really had no evidence, it never would have gotten to trial. He's afraid he'll be found out and sent to prison. It breaks my heart to think that freak has had his hands on children. And I feel sorry for his own children if they are his, I find that hard to believe as well. I mean just look at them. What are the odds that a man who is genetically black will father 2 children who are fair skinned and have straight blonde hair? What a way to grow up.

Anyway, my HO.

I say what took them so long. I don't know if any of you have read the affadavit filed by the fist boy who accused him 10 yrs ago or not - it's on smokinggun.com. Sick, sick, sick!!! I only read part of it, it started to make me ill!!! It's sad - I, and I'm sure most of you remember Michael when he first started - it's like that guy doesn't exist anymore. I have a 14-yr old nephew - he was at my house once about 5-6 yrs ago. I had MTV or VH1 on - they were playing one of his old, old videos, before he'd had any plastic surgery - the "real" Michael. My nephew was playing with his toys, he looked up at the TV & said , "Wow, that guy sounds just like Michael Jackson!" I tried to tell him that that was Michael Jackson - he wouldn't belive me until the video was over & saw it for himself - then he couldn't belive that Michael Jackson was black!!!! Sad - his generation has only known Michael the freak.

I agree with all of you. They must have plenty of evidence to get a warrent. And its about darn time they get to the bottom of MJ and the stories about him. If I remember correctly, the last time he was accused he settled out of court then fled the country. Last night I saw an interview with one of the dectectives that said they were going to get MJ's passport this time. Good plan!

God bless the children!
