Think it's enough for two people, maybe three??? My final menu!

I'd say that's plenty for 2 or 3 people...and even 2 or 3 more.

You might run a little low, but I think you'll be OK. ;-)

What is everyone else's traditional Thanksgiving menu at home or family's homes?

Here's ours when we don't eat out:

Appetizers:

Pistachios and other assorted nuts

Water biscuit type crackers with Brie, Lobster Spread, and Boursin Cheese

Sometimes Doritos and Salsa or Cream Cheese with Peach Salsa over it (yum)

Meal:

Turkey

Sausage and Herb Stuffing (sometimes with chestnuts)

Cranberry and Hazelnut Stuffing (to try this year)

Asparagus

Baby Green Peas with Pearl Onions

Mom's World Famous Mashed Potatoes

Baked Sweet Potatoes (sometimes)

Cucumbers and Sour Cream

Corn Pudding

Butternut Squash Supreme

Mom's Homemade Cranberry Orange Relish or Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Sometimes salad and rolls, but we don't usually need them with all the veggies and stuffing.

Desserts:

Cranberry Orange Relish Cake

Pumpkin Pie with Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream

Pecan Pie

Apple, Blueberry, or Peach Pie

Usually a miscellaneous dessert

I probably gained weight just typing all that!!!

When I saw the title of your post, I thought you were going to show a picture of a bowl of lettuce....

Want 2 more guests?......

Your meal sounds very healthy. Much healthier than mine will be I'm sure. Since Rhonda asked, here's our traditional meal:

Turkey (of course)

Sage dressing with onions and celery.

Mashed potatoes and gravy

Candied sweet potatoes (gotta have the marshmallows on top).

Olives, black and green

Cranberry sauce. None of this fancy real cranberry crap either. I want it out of a can and sliced in neat circles thank you.

Green bean casserole with those crunchy onions on top.

And of course, pumpkin pie with whipped cream for dessert. For the weirdos in the family, apple pie with ice cream.

I'll probably do it all this year except for the apple pie. There are no weirdos in my house! Of course, there's just DH and I now unless you count the dogs so we'll be eating turkey for weeks. Oh yeah, I love Thanksgiving.
