1. Had a great, great workout with DH this morning. After we were done he turned to me and said, "well, I guess you had a double workout...physically and mentally." And I did. My mouth never stopped running (or venting as he said). Not at him but to him. I felt sooooo much better. At one point I was walking so quickly and talking so quickly that I knew I had to quit doing one of them to catch my breath...you guessed it. We stopped walking :)
2. I was very appreciative that DH heard my venting, acknowledged everything I was saying and feeling and told me he supported whatever I wanted to do regarding my job and his thoughts were that he would like me to only work part time and to be at home more and "off duty" when I am at home. We discussed the financial ramifications of it as well.
3. The actual physical part of our workout was awesome. I feel ready to take on the day, physically as well as mentally, and I am taking notes from Patty's post this morning about keeping physically active this winter, taking supplements and eating well.
4. There is a person on this board who manages to touch base with me just when I need her the most. I know she is praying for me and thinking about me and offering her very much appreciated wise counsel. It means so much to me that she does this and I am very thankful she is in my life.
Let's hear yours.....

I'm pumped today...got in a run on the treadmill this morning, weight training with a client, some stuff for DH's return and now...running around like a mad woman getting fresh bedding put on, cleaning, etc.

Sassy, I think it is so great that you got a workout and a venting session in with DH.The two of you talking about the job situation is a very good thing.I know money is always an important issue that has to be considered but your health, your happiness, and your time with your family are all equally important.
Phyllis, I'm so excited for you about Johnny's return.Loved your post about next time you'd be saying he'd getting on your nerves.I miss Rick when he works away from home but go crazy if he is underfoot too long.It all balances out.Hope Johnny has a safe trip home.
