Good morning!Woke up feeling great today.Weights are already done and will head out soon for a run. It's pretty chilly here.Maybe snow showers on Sat!!!Lots of work to get done in CL.Thanksgiving dinner tonight at in laws.I would love to try to squeeze in getting my hair done but that probably won't happen.

Didn't see Oprahs show on her favortie things but did check it out on her website.Thought the Philosphy Gingerbreadman body scrub looked neat.Anyone ever tried it?

Have a wonderful Wednesday!!!

I haven't tried The Gingerbread Man scrub, but it does sound/look interesting. Oprah said that the more you rub it in, the warmer it gets and that sometimes, she doesn't even need her REAL Gingerbread Man ;)

I did, however, go to Bath & Body Works and purchased the Pumpkin Face Mask. Oh. My. God. My skin has NEVER felt like this...better than a baby's behind. I also picked up some other products from their new Pure Simplicity line. I loved everything! I purchased so much stuff, that I got 5 FREE gifts! I'll be heading back for more. But the pumpkin face mask really is AWESOME.

Have a great run!

Sassy

Phyllis, I think you deserve a Thanksgiving holiday from chat if you'd like one. You're probably right about people being busy with things tonight. Although I won't be cooking, I may be scrubbing floors still. I got so busy yesterday working on the newsletter that I got only one hall and part of the great room finished. And, there's plenty more that needs to be done around here too.

I could swear Robbie has another boy helping him wear his clothes to dirty as many as he does so quickly!! He'd die if he knew I told you this (or maybe I would!), but I used to have a time making him change his underwear. A couple of years ago we started getting him bright, jazzy prints. flames almost like one of his bathing suits, and cool plaids, and now he

Leaving work at noon today. Tonight is body sculpting class. No plans for Thanksgiving, not feeling all that thankful today.

Grandma is not doing well at all. She is no longer responsive. Mom says she is near death but is in no pain...or at least isn't letting on. Ladies it breaks my heart to be so far away from my own Mom at this time. Mom has no idea what is really going on with Grandma and it's not something I want to tell her about in an e-mail or over the phone. Sometimes my experience with Hospice is more curse than blessing.

My Dad went for a stress test yesterday and they found some damage to his heart. From what, who knows? He has to go for more tests next month and they will decide if he needs surgery then. His VA doc put him on nitro and baby aspirin. He'll see a real doctor here in Lincoln for the rest of his tests.

My God what next?

So anyway, tonight I babysit and sculpt some muscles. Then tomorrow they're having a special Jazzercise session and two of the instructors will be team-teaching. That sounds like fun and I wouldn't miss it for the world. Ladies, Jazzericse is the only thing keeping me from sticking my head in the oven these days. Even on those days that I don't really feel like going, I go anyway because I know it will give me a lift. I'm an endorphin junkie.

Good Morning,

Well I got an F for failure to get out of bed this morning. I'll be working probably until 3 today depending on the crisis du jour (and there is always one the day before a holiday). I hope to get home here, get on the treadmill before the hustle and bustle begins in the kitchen.

Hope your Wednesday is Wonderful!

Haven't tried that scrub, but it sounds good. There's one mentioned in the new issue of "Self" that actually helps warm you up (Repechage Cinnamon Sugar Self-Heating Body Treatment) and

(((Lori))) So sorry to read your post.I'm glad to know your Grandmother is not in pain.Last year when we lost my Grandmother it was very difficult to watch her suffer.I was very grateful when the medicine kicked in and she was no longer in pain.I'm sorry to hear of your Dads health problems.Hope they get some answers soon.

Exercise can be the great stress reliever, can't it?My runs are like theraphy sessions most days.

Take care, remember I'm here if you need anything.
