Whomp Butt Wednesday Workout Update

Blew off the outside powerwalk...cold and windy. Can handle the cold...but that wind! No way. So I spent 15 minutes (my 15 minute project for the day) and cleared a path to the treadmill (organizing and trashing as I went) and a path to the weight machine (ditto) and cranked up my treadmill workout. It was awesome...anyone listening would have thought I'd really lost it since I had to keep talking myself into going just a bit further. Did I mention I was flat out running? It felt so good. Hit the wall and talked my way thru it. Cooled off, hopped off and grabbed the curl bar. Unfortunately, DH had used it last so as I tried to do the first bicep curl I nearly passed out. Fixed that by removing a ton of weight and had a great bicep workout. Did triceps and my favorite lat bar. Hit the bench for abs and I was cranking!
So now my day really starts. While I was working out physically, I was also working out mentally. Decided it is time to have another chat with the boss. DH and I have already discussed my quitting. So, I figure it can't hurt to point out to the boss that I'm averaging an extra 5+ hours a week over what I'm being paid for and I would like to be paid for it. Also, this extra 5+ hours a week puts my number of hours a week to 35+. And that's just what I've kept track of. Too many hours. I do have some suggestions and I won't approach this in a whiny way, but in a firm, assertive way. We'll see what happens.
