too good at the moment-Anyone else having one of "those days". This should be written up as to how not to spend a vacation day-I would have been better off at work. It's now 11:14 never got to finish my breakfast, haven't had a cup of coffee, have gone nuts on the people that are remaining in the house, I seem to have lost my cell phone, spent 45 minutes on the phone with AT&T Wireless listening to how valuable my time is and they're sorry about the delay, can't finish my Christmas Cards because the post office was out of stamps-not just Christmas Stamps but any kind of stamps-how does a post office run out of all stamps? A parking meter that ate my quarter and didn't give me any time (good thing there wasn't a parking ticket on my car-I may have had to hurt someone!) Oh, did I mention I also can't find my house keys. Somehow have forgotten how to subtract and took too much money out of DS's bank account. So my turkey decor, 1/2 finished Christmas lights, floor mats, a car's wiring harness (don't ask),endless masses of dust & dog hair remain. And I now have to take DD to the doctor's office-really hope this isn't going to be anything serious. Guess I'll have to combine breakfast lunch and dinner together. Imagine if I would have had any caffeine in my system!
Ok somewhere in here lurks a Phemenomal Pfriday! I'm feeling just a bit nasty, stressed and none too happy at the moment, but hopefully this too will pass and the snow has begun which at this point in time I'm not sure whether it's a good or bad thing although we will have to figure out how 5 cars will all fit in the driveway with room for a snow blower to fit through!
Hope you've having a better day in your neck of the woods!
Susan

On the 5 cars in the driveway - if you place them all in the right position and not a lot of snow gets between them, maybe you won't need a snowblower? OK, I'm suffering from a weather-pressure-related headache and it's just about lunchtime, plus it's Phriday and my brain has already clicked over to "weekend phun". That's the best thing I could come up with...LOL.
Phrankly, I'd like to have the snowblower problem. DH still turns his nose up at the suggestion of getting one. To me, shoveling snow is like dusting - why bother in the middle of a storm, it's just going to pile up again. I think he just thinks shoveling is some macho display, and except for football, he's never that way about anything else...
I hope your Phriday aphternoon is 100% better than your morning....
