Is anyone getting the daily emails

from workouts for women?I'm not sure how I got it but some of them are pretty good. They talk about getting thru the holidays with less stress and weight gain. This week I've not done well at all.I've used Flo and not enough time as my excuses. And truthfully, if I had done better with both food and workouts Flo probably wouldn't have been so mean. The email for this weekend talks about looking at this weekend as an opportunity.A chance to get some things done alittle ahead of schedule, like cards. And a chance to do something good for yourself like exercise. It was a positive upbeat message and sometimes just the way things are worded can change your perspective.Saying I'm going to exercise for 30 mins because it's good for me and I deserve it sounds better than saying I have to squeeze exercise in because it's on my list of things to get done, don't you think?

I like the idea of a positive e-mail like that....wish you knew how you got it so I could get it, too.

I think so too Nancy.

Patty, do you have a link or anything? I'm really interested in seeing this newsletter.

Thanks.

When you open the email does it show a URL in the box? Does it say who it's done by? I'm interested in learning more.
