Anyone know of any good boots or some type of shoe that would be good for out in the snow?I'd like to be able to go for runs but maybe a walk is more realistic.I want to limit my excuses for not getting out in some fresh air as much as possible.Any ideas?

I haven't seen any kind of running boots, although I have some Timberland boots with an athletic shaped sole I got several years ago. Seems they'd rub your ankles and be pretty heavy. For safety's sake if it's icy, I'd stick to walking. In fact, I'd get some of those gripper things to put on the soles of my shoes. I almost busted my butt just walking on my sister's sidewalk last winter or the one before. I think I'd save the running for inside if there's snow on the ground. We don't want an injured princess!

LL Bean and Eddie Bauer have pretty good prices on waterproof trail shoes.
