Good morning Fitness Buffs-
Slow day for me today so I'll have plenty of time to get cleaning in...oh joy ;-)

I'm going to try to finish my wrapping to day so I know if I need more paper or gift bags or whatever.DS birthday is just after Christmas so I need to get ready for that too.
A run today and some lower body work. And I have got to get a handle on my diet.It would seem one day is all it takes to get me off track. This weekend we're baking and that will be a challenge. Not just because of what we're baking but also the food we're planning to have while we bake!!
I prefer not to have a chat on Christmas Eve.
Have a great day everyone!

It's raining and in the upper 30s. No running. It'll be a cardio routine. Will probably nap later on again - after yesterday's nap, I stayed up late watching "Dinosaur Planet". I have more than just a passing interest in prehistoric events, fossils and hearing what the latest theories are.

The only Winter Wonderland here is rain and apparently a lot of it! Workout of choice this morning was my 3 mile walk video. Yesterday beat up the old bones a bit so this was a little more gentle yet still made me feel good! Have some household chores to take care of before work, a quick trip to the bank before the 9 to 5 thing and then after work a few more chores and then will try to tackle some wrapping and gift bagging Christmas gifts.
Hope you all have a wonderful Winter Wonderland Wednesday!

Did a double workout last night. Got to Jazzercise waaay early so I caught a regular class before my step class. Today might be a rest day, I'm going to decide later if I'll workout today or not.
I have been thinking of my goals for 2004 but no decisions yet.
I doubt I can make it to chat. Christmas eve is traditionally the night we go to the out-laws for the annual celebration/shouting match/crying jag. Would rather be at chat.
Have a great day.

I've gone to 2 wakes this week and am feeling drained. I've also started reading, "The Power of the Praying Woman," and am truly enjoying it. Thank you for the suggestion.
I'm done with shopping and wrapping, just need to clean and bake, looking forward to the baking.

My day is looking pretty nice. As long as the printer prints and the binder binds, I'll be out of here on time - I was prepared for a late night, but it looks like that won't be the case. Yippee!
Workout is a full one tonight. Accompanied by the sound of the washer and dryer. We're leaving Friday morning for our annual holiday weekend in Maine (my head arrived there last week; just waiting for the body to catch up), so I want to get everything ready to pack Thursday and to have clean towels and sheets in the linen closet when we get home Sunday.
My friend and I actually got to dinner last night - the one that we've postponed countless times since the beginning of November. Great company, great conversation, nice restaurant, awesome food. A nice take-home meal for and snuggle time with DH. A little treadmill time for me, also. A goo day!
Have a goo day yourselves!

I just had a long morning message done and it wouldn't post.

It's been a morning on the run again. I left here at 6:45 to get Rob to his dentist and orthodontist appts. It was 65 still, so I was pretty happy about that. It had made it to 77 yesterday. Well, by the time we got out of the appts., it had dropped to 50, and the wind was blowing very hard. At least it has blown a lot of the clouds away. I think we're in for a hard freeze tonight, which means I'll be covering plants and picking tangelos. They're ruined once they freeze.
I got another Uncle Sam nutcracker (different from the other one), a patriotic mermaid ornament, 2 beautiful cloisonne nutcracker ornaments (one to give as
