Since these are going to require some thought, I'm posting them a day early to give you (and me) lots of time to think about them for good answers. So, put on your thinking caps and let's hear some really awe inspiring answers.

1. What new sport or fitness activity will you try this year?

2. If you had absolutely no limitations, what would you be doing with your life?

3. Sum up your fitness goals for 2004 in 20 words or less.

4. What subject would you like to learn more about in 2004?

5. How much cardio per week will you commit to in 2004?

Many thanks to Phyllis for these thought provoking questions.

1. What new sport or fitness activity will you try this year?

Definitely yoga. I want more flexibility (okay, who's going to have the first comment...Patty, Rhonda or Phyllis?????).

2. If you had absolutely no limitations, what would you be doing with your life?

Living on about 10 acres of land. Raising a handful of quarter horses. Breeding and training German Shepherds and raising (for the first year) puppies for the blind. Of course I also would have finished school and become a vetrinarian as originaly planned.

3. Sum up your fitness goals for 2004 in 20 words or less.

Cardio. Weights. "Bulk up" just a smidgen. Drop 20 pounds. Be strong physically and spiritually. De-stress big time. Achieve the flattest tummy Phyllis has ever seen.

4. What subject would you like to learn more about in 2004?

The New Testament.

5. How much cardio per week will you commit to in 2004? 4-6x a week until I've dropped 20. Then 3-6x a week.

Good ones.

Sassy
