Nancy, I tried to go back and find the article but couldn't.Think it was on runners world.Anyway it basically talked about how running was a great calorie burning workout regardless of your speed. That is was one of the best for losing weight. That you didn't have to go long distances or great speeds to see results.Of course this was on a running site so it would have great things to say of running.I know that running isn't for everyone. And as much as I love it if I over do it I burn out or get too tired.Actually the easiest time I ever had of maintaining my weight loss was when I was walking consistently every day. Then when I started running I lost more inches and clothes got bigger.I haven't been as consistent with workouts and my eating habits have changed and it has made such a difference.

Great thoughts on the in law thing.I don't know what's wrong with me and I get so angry with myself but I just don't get along with them like I used to.I feel like I spent alot of years home raising my son and now I try to take more time for myself. But if I don't go over there every so often something is said.In the meantime if DH doesn't see my parents for months nothing is said. And if my SIL, who is only an hour and a half away, doesn't come home for months it's because she is so busy.Makes me crazy!!DH and his siblings hardly talk at all which also makes me crazy.Of course on the other hand I wonder if my sisters and I talk too much and make DH crazy.LOL Is there no happy medium? Thanks so much for your words and advice. For one things it helps alot to know someone understands. And it was also great advice that I intend to take!Much appreciated.
