Boy, I came back here this afternoon expecting not to see much "action" and was floored by all the kind replies I received to my post below. Thank you so much.


I found today in the paper an ad for Exercise/Dance Fitness being offered twice a week in several locations for twelve sessions. I think I will sign up. It is inexpensive and

Good for you for signing up! That's a great start to a fitter and healthier life.

As far as SBD vs Fat Flush, I don't know as I've never tried either one although I know people who swear by both methods. Personally, I've pretty much given up on the whole diet scene. I try to eat right, I exercise regularly and I enjoy my life. Yeah, I'm about 20-25 pounds overweight, but I'm a big girl and I carry it well. I journal my eating habits and I have goals, but I can't really call it a 'diet.'

Ok, so that probably doesn't help much or answer your questions does it? It's just MHO.

Good for you for signing up! I've had several home workout setups and still have a weight bench with all kinds of attachments, an ab machine, a treadmill, and a hip and thigh machine, a TV with built-in VCR, videos,
