Glad I'm not alone in falling off...

I think I fell off the exercise and healthy eating wagon a little earlier than most because of DD's birthday being about a week after Halloween. In reading everybody's welcoming remarks to Megs55, though, it looks like most of us are keeping each other company in that regard. Isn't it great, though, that we accept our shortcomings and human tendencies... and can still link arms and get back to it... and do it without being discouraged? Glad I got y'all, that we're together in this! It'd be tougher to do it alone.

If you felt it roll right over you, surely you are not as "fluffy" as you think you are. Those must have been bones it hit, right?

Trying to make the self-declared fluffy Princess feel better.....

IMO, getting off the tasty/not-so-healthy food wagon is harder than getting on the exercise wagon. You're so fit already, it shouldn't take you any time at all to get back to the level you were at race time in the fall. All that remains is putting most of the goodies where they belong - in the trash, or at least on the high shelves.

With your discipline, you can do it!
