Got my workout in...3 miles pounding pavement with 13 yo DS. His mouth never stops running! Thank heaven for it, too. It's when they don't talk that you know you're in trouble. I always pray for "teachable" moments. Had several during our powerwalk/blab time. He just brushes them off now, but the proof will be in the pudding somewhere down the road. It was enjoyable. I'm beat, though. Flo has a real hard handle on my body this month and I am just wiped out. Heading to the shower then a quick trip to Kohls with DD (we didn't make it there yesterday) and then off to the office. Ugh.

I took my run outside in the sunshine.While I waited for a phone call to be returned I got my weights in.I ordered a new book on health and nutrition. And a big thing for me I made an appointment for someone new to do my hair.Same friend has been doing it for 20 plus yrs.But she has closed her shop in town and has been doing it on days off as a favor to me.Just felt like that was asking too much of her.So next week I go to someone new. I'm both nervous and excited.And I'm really hoping my friend will understand that I made the change out of consideration for her and not have her feelings hurt.Off to eat a healthy lunch and back to CL.

Well my plans were to go to my YWCA mtg, then drop stuff off at the Heart Association.

I saw about that awful storm and was wondering if it was anywhere near you. Glad you're not in it. Hope you're not overdoing it with all the exercise when you don't feel well. Take care and feel better soon.

Had a great run this morning and did weights with a client.

I did 35 minutes on the treadmill....part running, part walking.

Forgot to post - got in 30 min/2+ miles of cardio Tuesday night with my ankle weights on. Skipped LB work. Did do body and targeted hip stretches; they really work.
