Phyllis---My thoughts these days:
I'm here on earth such a short time, I want to make each day count.
I just turned 46 (but feel about 36!) and this last year learned to love exercise again. I lost 32 lb and stay fit by walking, running, and doing videos, mainly The Firm and WATP. I love toning and strength training. The problem is I love to eat too! I'm afraid the lbs are slowly creeping back so my new year's resolutions are to stay fit and get my eating under control!
I'm so happy to know that as I get older I don't have to lose the potential for being the best I can be. You all seem like a real close knit group and I just want to say thanks for the inspirational posts even though I have never posted before, I have been reading!
