a blast doing it! Even Tim said how great the crowd reacted to us. We had a pickup truck with a giant red hat that could spin around (and women sitting in lawn chairs in the back) towing a boat with women sitting in chairs in that, followed by the fire engine with women all over it. All of us had on our voluptuous bikini T-shirts and some form of red hat and most of us were hamming it up. The crowd's reaction was so funny. I'd love to have a video of them. We had one man take his hat off and put it over his heart, some young soldiers threw kisses, there were lots of wolf whistles, a lot of "you go girls" and thumbs up, and similar responses. Tim was on the opposite side of the fire engine than I was, so he didn't get any pictures of me, but some friends did. I'll try to get copies from them. We had so many people ask to take pictures of us before and after the parade and many did during the parade. There were huge crowds all along the 2 mile parade route. The football game is tomorrow.
We had a nice lunch and chat before heading to the parade site. Afterwards, I dropped the "first mom" off at her car, and my other friend and I went to Panera for a little nosh and more chat.
