Hope the year is healthy one for too! Hope Santa treated you well!
Our trip to NC was great. It was so nice having the whole family together...all 4 kids and their families. The only downside was that 4 out of 5 grandchildren were on antibiotic, but felt better as the days went by.
The pin in my foot came out yesterday and I am now in a soft cast. I am glad I don't have to worry about dislodging that pin anymore. Still can't do much...supposed to be taking it easy and elevate my foot when I can.
I seem to be maintaining my weight which is surprising with the way I have been eating and lack of exercise. Back on track today and the only resolution I made is to eat and exercise smarter. I will concentrate on lowering my cholesterol and try to stay within WW points. IT is about what I can have and not what I can't have.
Good luck to all this year in reaching your goals to being fit and healthy.

So glad to hear that all the family were able to get together for the Holidays! Glad to hear that you're healing well! Best wishes to you and your family for a Happy and Healthy New Year!

You'll be back to your workouts before you know it - just knowing that the pain you were feeling is going to be gone soon should be enough to keep you on track with your recovery. Take it easy 'til the healing's over.
Welcome back!

I like that. Glad you're on the mend and that nasty pin is history. And I'm glad you had such a good time with your family. Feels good doesn't it?
Good luck with your goals, Grace. And Happy New Year.
