Good morning! I 'm hoping to get a good run in today too.I've been walking the past couple days. It's suppose to be almost 70 today and tomorrow!!Then next week it drops to the 30's and stays there for a long time. Can you imagine all the whining there will be?Just hope I can be heard over the others!!!

It's about to get crazy here or should that be crazier???On Monday the people are suppose to show up to tear out the old windows and put in the new.Probably no computer all day!!!Then the birds which were suppose to go to market on Wednesday are now going on Tues, Wed, and Thurs. They come back the following Thurs and we will be cleaning out. Also guys will be coming to do that. Other guys will be coming back to do siding. After birds get back in more guys will be coming in to work on 2 empty houses. Also next week my treadmill should be showing up.Unfortunately no guy is showing up to put it together. That will be guy who lives here and have no idea when that will get done.DH is in quite the mood because he will have to be home for awhile and work here.I think he is still hoping to slip out Monday but if he leaves me with a half a dozen strange men ripping my house apart heads will roll!It will all be great when we get it done but the getting there is sure to be interesting.Today DH is replacing the other door and DS is cleaning his room so they can get in it.Should be fun...

Good Morning,

My workout is done with 30 minutes of treadmill time and squats and lunges. DH insists on keeping the christmas stuff until after tomorrow so I'm undecided what to do. I don't feel like I can get a good cleaning in with all the stuff out so I may just opt to start on a closet project around here but there is always laundry calling my name. I'm going to cook up some chili for dinner tonight-haven't made that in awhile!

I'm now off to the shower and get ready to start my day. Have a sensational Saturday!

We're heading to the beach!! Air temp. will be around 80, but water temp. is high 50's-60, so full wetsuits will be necessary for the boys. Rob can hardly wait to try out his

Good morning -

Cloudy and gray, but warmish - 60s possible. Makes that low of 2 degrees forecast for Tuesday evening seem sort of ridiculous.

Workout today will be cardio and stretching. I used my ankle weights on my wrists for my waist/oblique work Friday night and I am feelin' it now. Maybe I'll use my new aromatherapy/heat wrap DH gave me for Christmas to soothe the ache.

Mini-personal care morning - I have got to go and color my hair before we head out the door. I love Clairol Naturals - the post-color conditioner smells so good after.

After we have breakfast and check out kitchen islands/peninsulas for my ILs, we're going out for a drive in the rain today. DH and I still haven't driven across the new cable-stayed bridge that's part of the Big Dig. We really have no need to, but I've figured out a little outing for us that's different, and the ride over the bridge is one way o get there. Assuming he can tear himself away from football. All the college games are running together right about now, and the Patriots have a week off, so why stay in the house?

We'll also start removing the decorations later today and finish up tomorrow. I can't say this too loudly, but I can't wait to vacuum.

Have a relaxing day, everyone!

Good morning to you too!

Boy, what a difference a day makes! Yesterday was warm and beautiful outside and we got up to 63 degrees. I just took the dogs out and it can't be half that warm right now. If it's above freezing, I'd be surprised. Spitting snow too. Crap. Let the whining begin!

Today's workout, I think I'll hit the step and give that video a serious try and maybe some yoga later on tonight.

I'm still working on the hall coat closet reorganization and purge. DH actually went through his 100 pound stack of computer books and realized how many of them are obsolete/useless dust collectors and tossed them. It's a start and I'm proud of him for doing it. He's a hopeless packrat. Well, so am I, but my goodies are stored in the china hutch and stay dust free.

Yesterday we ventured into town for a stop at the coffee shop and a good friend of ours stopped in because he saw our car there. He was out riding his Harley in the beautiful weather. I'm really, really glad he did stop in because about 30 minutes later he had a grand mal seizure in the middle of the restaurant. He's going to be fine and the parameds took him to the hospital. I'm just thankful that he wasn't out riding his Harley when it happened. I think we need to have an intervention with him. I know how great it is to ride and how hard it is to stop even when the weather is bad, but man! If he had been on that bike, he might be dead. He takes his meds like he's supposed to, but treatment for epilepsy is a delicate balancing act sometimes. It's so not fair. He's a great big bear of a man and the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. If there's anyone who doesn't deserve a thing like this, it's him.

Well, I'm a regular ray of sunshine today, huh? Have a goo day everyone! Battle on!

I was so glad to have my tree up earlier and down sooner this year. it was nice not to spend New Years day taking it down. Chili sounds great!Think I'll have that one night this week when it gets cold.
