Oh, goodie!!Someone to whine with me!!We should do some sort of whining challenge next.I think that would be my real niche.

Wow, what a story about your friend.I'm so glad you guys were there and he stopped to see you.I can't imagine dealing with epilepsy and the uncertainty of it.He sounds like a wonderful person.

Battle on...another goo one!

Sheesh!!!I was just working up a good whine about my upcoming 30's and here you are at -10!!!!I'm heading to Rhonda's about March, should I pick you up? LOL

Sounds like a great workout on your treadmill. Some days I can run forever, ok not really forever but for a good while. But some days a walk is all I can manage. As long as we're moving, right!

I agree..that is one reason I'm anxious to get this stuff put away.

Oh Lori---proud of your hubby for tossing those books--AND so lucky for your friend to have made that stop in to see you.

I just wrapped my 2.5-lb ankle weights around my wrists and did side stretches (way over to the side, like with my arms almost parallel to the floor) and twists with my arms extended. Really forces you to hold in your butt and stomach so you don't throw your position off and injure yourself.

When I do my ab work, in addition to bent-knee crunches and the ones where you lie on your back and roll your hips off the floor a bit, I also do twist crunches. Working all those areas lifts and tightens everything up. At least that's the theory.

We'll see when I buy new belts and they actually sit in the area in which I think my waist is supposed to be.

Let me know first, so the house isn't too big a wreck!
