I didn't get in my run until this afternoon which, isn't my most productive time.

My Saturday is not exactly Sensational, but has been doable. Got up at 6 and we were out the door at 6:25 and home by 11:00...from Roanoke. That included a stop to eat at Johnny Appleseed in New Market and a stop in Gainesville to pick up some crap for DH's truck. Hit the door running...laundry, picking up dog poop in my bedroom...that is an absolute first. Sammy must have really been ticked at us to do that. Youngest DS had a basketball game, DD had an indoor soccer match, a trip to the grocery store, bill review and checkbook (all computerized) reconciliation. One of our goals for the new year is to really get a handle on where our $$ goes...especially if I'll be giving up my job. I keep saying one expense we can get rid of is DSL, but after being at my mom and dad's and trying to use their computer with dial-up...I don't think so. Man, was it ever frustrating! Food has been okay. Water has been better than the last couple months. Dinner will be salad and something light on the side. Can't wait for tomorrow! Tomorrow begins the New Sassy 2004 Challenge. Couldn't get started while away. Long story short, but it's all about my mother and that includes food. I'm so ticked off at her right now that I'm glad they are going to Florida in a couple weeks for a couple months. Anyhoo...tomorrow I'll be doing a big cardio before church and I'm so looking forward to it!

Thank you Someone Special for the goody I got in the mail today. I can't wait to listen to it...I think! Maybe I don't really want to!

Hugs, everyone...

Sassy <-glad to be home, excited to start working on the New Sassy!

Beach time was sensational! Boy, how I've missed that. I've never seen so many dolphins! There were dozens all up and down the beach all day. Some were jumping totally out of the water. Surf was almost non-existent, but the boys gave it their best shot for a few hours and got several good short rides. Rob loves his new board and wetsuit, needless to say.

There were lots of people at the beach walking, jogging, exercising their dogs, looking for sharks teeth,

A very productive day here. Got my workout in first thing this morning. Ate very healthy, and had lots of water throughout the day. I was most definitely in the throw it out, toss it out frame of mind. Food pantry is all cleaned out, downstairs closet cleaned out. I'm still trying to figure out why I have 3 extra coffee pots-but they are no more! Dh tried to talk me out of pitching several items and wanted to know why I was tossing them! Really hope he doesn't go through one of the bags because he'll most likely be pulling items out of it! Went through all my Rubbermaid and Tupperware threw out the nasty looking stuff and that which had no tops-out it went. Cleaned out the cabinet over the refrigerator too-nice and neat and clean. Scrubbed the stove and counter tops, tossed out magazines, catalogs, sorted out paperwork...busy, busy, busy! Even got two loads of laundry done and Otto out for a nice afternoon walk. We're going to a friends' house this evening just hope I don't doze off!

Today all I have done is fitness and chickens. The 70 degree day had me hustling in CL today and made extra work this morning. I came out , took a shower and went for a 4 mile run followed with a mile walk to cool down.Went back to Cl and then went to the track for a walk with my sister.

Food has not been the greatest.I need to focus this week on getting disciplined with my food.

I did a totally unimpressive 30-min cardio workout. Didn't have the energy to kick it up like yesterday. Oh, well - call me Scarlett; tomorrow is another day.

Since it was too foggy, we didn't attempt a drive over the bridge. We didn't think it would have been an enjoyable ride. So we'll wait a bit longer and that art gallery outing will wait as well.

We started taking down the indoor decorations, so that's on schedule. Will be finished tomorrow.

We did eat healthily. I'm still trying to get my allotment of H2O down. Why is it so hard to drink enough some days?

We're settled into the Dallas/Seattle game. Hoping to see Dallas make it juuuuust far enough for Bill Parcells to face his former protege, Bill Belichick, who was voted Coach of the Year, and deservedly so.

All in all, an OK day. Not stellar, not awful.
