Ok...how did your workout go? What did you do? How's the eating going? Drinking lots of H2O?

Had a yucky cardio workout, so I just threw in the towel on that. Had an awesome pumpin' iron day, however. Sometimes you just have to go with what is workin! Felt soooooo good, and I eventually got over the irked feeling of just not getting the cardio going. Tomorrow is another day and will probably be a kick butt cardio day.

Had a small bowl of chili, a small slice of corn bread and cup of sliced peaches and a small piece of choc brownie for lunch. Way behind on water consumption. Heading down now to fill up a big glass.

Just finished showering - head still hammering. Got probably the worst hormonal headache I've ever had after the undecorating fest here, so I retired to the couch for the afternoon. And a week earlier than I was expecting it - maybe the holiday schedule threw AF off, at least partially. Whatever - there better not be a repeat performance next week. Let's all chant - AF s*%^s!

Drank a ton of water today. Haven't eaten much all day. I'm sure dinner is going to be a real shock to my tummy. Just following my "kill me or cure me" philosophy.

Hello, Advil, hello, leftover Chinese food (no MSG, thank heaven), hello, Sex and the City, - goodbye workout (until tomorrow).

Got a good run in.This week I finally got some mileage in thanks to walks with sister and getting back to my runs.Food and water have gone pretty well too.

Hey gang,

My first day back in the groove and it's been really good. Eating has been even better than I anticipated today (just punched everything in to Fitday and have leftover calories for a some healthy dessert tonight). Got in my two litres of water and took a brisk walk to the corner store for some milk. And brisk it was!!! Balmy Victoria is now frozen Victoria! With windchill, we are down around 14 degrees F. This evening I'll do some upper body weights while watching telly.

Great to be back!

My eating has been OK today, got in some exercise via manual labor, and always have lots to drink (just not always water). I did have water with dinner tonight.


I've had my soak and need to get situated for the OU game. We'll be flipping back-and-forth between that and Law and Order CI.

No not weird to clean the pantry, I did it again, plus the food gifts for xmas not going to Eric's office--it's all going to the food bank.
