Have one running shoe on and one off...putting the other on for a trip to the basement and a powerwalk/light jog on the treadmill (treadmills are our friends, remember!). Then I will hit the floor for ab work. Off and running!
Hugs...
Sassy<-positively psyched this morning!
So it's 'marvelous Monday', huh?

The first 4 days of the challenge went so-so for me. I think I'll save me reports for one big smashing total at the end. The thing I'm doing best at is drinking my water but that's never really been a problem for me, at least not lately. This week will be better than last week though, I can feel it.
15 minute project? Um, get the last of the junk to the dumpster and stop at the Good Will after work.
Have a goo day.

Morning, Guys..
Phyllis you have a healthy day too!
Today we are back at school and I have planned a 19 fitness circuit with all kinds of doo-dads for those little kiddos to do.
It's back to a full week of work! Not sure how I'm going to adapt. Workout is done for the day-treadmill and weights. 15 minute project-well I've decided that each day I'm going to make a mini to do list-little things I can accomplish before and after work-some are priorities some not-whatever doesn't get done goes to the top of the list for the next day-we'll see how that works. I'm really going to try to get things a little better under control during the week so I'm not so overwhelmed on the weekend and that I have time for some projects instead of a whole bunch of things that I could have done during the week. Simplify, reorganize and keeping myself healthy (you notice I don't mention sane-think I lost that awhile ago!)are the objectives for 2004!
I'm off and running now! Hope it is a Marvelous Monday for all!
Nancy and Booty-stay warm if you can! Those are mighty cold temperatures and I will say I'm glad I'm not in your neck of the woods!
Susan
Hugs and a prayer.

Rain and sleet bouncing off the windshield this morning, making for an interesting post-holiday commute. I believe everyone forgot how to drive over the break; this stuff just adds to the circus on the roads.
There will be a workout tonight involving cardio and weights.
Suffering from the post-headache hangover, but I just have to fight through it. Hope I wake up soon - someone's going to ask me to do something for him or her soon.
15 minute task - figure out where a missing check went, or just stop payment on it.
Saga of the new headboard continues - actually it ends here. Short version: according to Restoration Hardware, I told them I was going to refuse delivery on it because I already had one. What I already had was the frame; they called me two weeks after delivery of the new frame and told me they had a new frame to deliver. I know what I heard in the voice message - even DH heard it and was confused - and I thought I was refusing delivery on a second frame. Anyway, they cancelled the headboard order weeks ago, but no one told me that when I kept calling to check on the delivery of the headboard, and nothing showed as a completed order or cancellation when I'd check the status of the order on-line. Moral of the story - don't do on-line business with Restoration Hardware. From my experience, their on-line customer service is sadly lacking, and their website for checking status of existing orders is woeful.
Now, a question: Has anyone ever done business with Ballard Design? They have a nice looking headboard in their catalog, and far more fabric choices than RH offers. That will be my next attempt and it will be a telephone order rather than on-line.
Have a great day, everyone! Drive carefully in the ice and sleet.

Surprisingly, it's another beautiful morning here. I had thought the temps were supposed to start dropping already, but I'm glad they haven't. So, I'll send "warm wishes" up north while I still can. Sure was nice to go out this morning and see the yard pretty well cleaned up. Leaves are still dropping, so it won't be immaculate, but it's good enough and a big improvement over what it was.
Rob was a little on the slow side getting out of bed this morning. Leaving at 6:30 comes awfully early when you've been staying up late for most of the break.
