Anyway, for the first time in two months, I did a full cardio routine (not just piecemeal), some with weights. I stepped back from 5-10# weights to 3-8# weights, and amazingly only one exercise I couldn't follow through. I also restarted my abs work with Tony, completing the intermediate goal on each of 6 exercises. So I'm not starting completely at the beginning, and the good news is that I'm noticing which muscles I'm using. Total workout, an hour.
My left hip, which got really sore from the race on Nov. 1st, still tweaks a bit. I'm hoping that doing the leg presses with weights on the step will strengthen that. I could feel some great stretches as I got into the routine today. For this week I'll continue doing cardio, and pick up the body sculpt next week. I think it'll be good for me to work up into running again through these routines, strengthening my legs that way, rather than starting out running for my cardio. If I do any running, it'd be maybe a mile this Saturday, in addition to some other workout.
So how has your day gone so far? Did you stick to your plan from this morning?

Went for the much worried about haircut today. Got to the shop and it had a note on the door, Closed Due to Flu.So I guess I don't have to explain anything to my friend. Now when the heck can I get a haircut???
Things are not good in CL.Very discouraging but trying to take it in stride and keep it in perspective.I mean it's not like I'm going to be doing this the rest of my life.Oh wait.....DARN IT!!!!Oh well, there's a good country song in here somewhere :)

Hurray for your windows being finished! That was fast!! Sorry you weren't able to get your hair cut today. That's so disappointing when you're up for it.
I want to hear the lyrics to your CL song... ;-)

Well all of this snow begs mediocre eating, thankfully I didn't grocery shop because we weren't going to be home :o)...BUT if there was a bounty of junk food in this house it would be in my mouth.
I can't believe this house is as messy as it has taken to clean it up.
