Good morning wonderful women-
Have any of you ever tried a supplement named Estroven?

I have one house of chickens left to work today. I swear they drag it out as long as they can.Sometimes I think there is a vast conspiracy to push my buttons. But that really does seem all about me and even I have my limits as to my self importance :)
Not sure about my workout. Yesterday I got out in the cold for a run and it felt great.I should do something different today and I'm thinking maybe my slide. But I'm really enjoying my running so it may be that again.Need to do some weights or toning too.
Having lunch with a friend.I told her I would try a veggie wrap, what was I thinking????We both are trying to knock off a few pounds and eat better but still the thought of something wrapped in green....
Today the guys come to start the siding.A different guy is coming today. He talks to his tools.Should be intersing.....Tool Man meets Sybil....

Morning, sorry for the cl hat..I was posting on the Yoga board this morning....
No, Phyllis--I am not familiar with that particular drug...how are you doing?
Today my students will be doing fitness circuits to the Beatles and two classes will be running to earn their beads.
I will walk approx. 13 miles today at school, come home at run on the treadmill...lift weights and then relax.
Take care, all...enjoy the day!
Springtime temperatures have left and the cold and wind have settled in. Certainly not as cold as some have experienced the past few days but definitely below freezing with a wind chill.
Workout was my 3 mile tape for some diversity. I'm still tackling a few little things each morning and each evening. Slow, steady progress! I've even begun to see the top of my desk at work.
Nothing new and exciting in this neck of the woods. Hoping that everyone has a Wonderful Wednesday!
Susan
Yikes, it's cold outside. Temperature is 14; weather guy said it felt like 6. I fail to see a difference!
No snow, so at least we're not contending with that as well as the chill. A brief squall expected later, but it woun't amount to much - it's too dry for real snowfall.
Workout today - cardio and full weights, I think. Feeling weird - throat and ears, and a cough. I'm just hoping it doesn't worsen; coughing knocked me out of my workout yesterday.
15-minute task - find my fur earmuffs!
Have a great day, everyone!

Hello!
One thing I hope to do when I get back and we do afternoon check ins, is I'd love you all to post what you eat during the day.

Time invested in improving ourselves cuts down on time disapproving of others.

It's sunny this morning, but a lot colder. Computer says it's 38 out now, but it seems to run a little lower than what it actually is. Anyway, it's too cold for me.
I got some floors scrubbed yesterday and had a good, chatty, 3 hour lunch with my friend. That's always fun. Also, got Rob a new pair of shoes (I'm afraid he takes after his mother.), finished more laundry, and made some homemade chili.
This morning has been pretty productive cleaning out clutter, getting rid of old leftovers in the frig, washing those dishes up, and cooking a lb. of sausage I'd forgotten I had. Getting some home drycleaning done now. Love that Dryel for things that don't have to be professionally drycleaned.
Deb, I tried the Vanilla Almond Special K in yogurt this morning, and it was good. Of course, I had to have a little sausage too...
Haven't decided yet what to do today, but I'm mulling over several options.
