challenge questions - help?

So can someone update me on how the challenge works? Is it being tracked down in the "challenges" section? And how are we tracking? And what are we tracking? and... anything else i missed....

We're tracking things daily for the week, and Phyllis has uploaded a journal (link follows). She's got a chart that holds two weeks per page, and on it are categories for power walking or running (hours per day); weight training (hours per day); journaling (pages per day); water (ounces per day); eating plan (good day gets a 1); fitness classes including videos (hours per day); biking (miles per day). You choose the lines you want to track - I'm tracking water, videos, weight training (one of my videos focuses on weight use), and when I get back into running I'll track that too. I'm doing a bit of journaling, but I'm not consistent, so I'm not tracking that.
