Why haven't you posted before? You should come join us. ;-)

I used mostly the recipes in the book and variations on the oven roasted veggies a lot.

Hi Rhonda,I did post one other time. I was not a happy camper, I think my hormones must have been out of wack or something, so several months later I am feeling much better, and I have gained so much weight since I quit smoking that I am trying to do something about it,I would like to get to know you all,I love these boards!

Welcome and I'm glad you posted.

Have you tried other fresh fish? Tuna steaks? Orange roughy?

Have you checked out the SBD boards on ivillage and elsewhere? I bet they have lots of ideas for recipes! Good luck. Keep posting!

Hi phyliss, I found one today , that I am going to try tommorrow night, the meatoaf, made with turkey,we are just not big baked fish eaters, although I have tried the orange roughy and it was pretty good, I guess that all goes along with it, changing the way and the things you eat........................Belinda

Welcome to the Fit over 40 board! I've seen you on the SBD board, but not lately. There are 2 new cl's who did quite a job reorganizing the board folders (still a work in progress), and members have posted lots of recipes that are different from the ones in the SBD book. Mostly they're posted by phase, although one member is trying to organize a cookbook of recipes for everyone in a Word document - I think it's up around 40 pages now. It moves fast and there are lots of participants, so scroll through when you have time.

Glad you dropped by here!

Hi and welcome to the board. I have no experience with SBD so I can't really help you with the recipes but I know that there are a few SBDer's on here so maybe they can help.

I will suggest my very favorite snack of an apple and some 50% fat cheddar cheese. I don't know if you can have apples or not, but this really fills me up.

I was hooked on peanut butter on apple sections for a while, but it's not SBD (at least not the earlier phases). ;-)
