I got my computer back this afternoon and had trouble getting my DSL modem to load but...I'm finally back.

Welcome back! Just read about your tech woes. Knock on wood, that kind of thing hasn't happened to us on our home PC (we're also still on pokey old dial-up). At work, another story - usually, our whole office crashes at the same time, so I wouldn't want our tech guy's job.

Good to see you!

Oh good!!Tomorrow morning I will grab my tea, come to the board and get my morning Phyllis Phix!!!I have really missed that.

I got a run in on the treadmill today.Maybe will hit some weights later tonight.I've done well with food but mainly because I haven't been home much to be around any.I apparently have the discipline of a gnat!!

I watched a show on a country music singer,Jo Dee Messena, last night. In it she talked about body images and things people say.She was a size 10 and got so much bad press for being BIG!!!What has our society come to when a 10 is big? Then she exercised and dieted down to a size 4.She began to wear clothes that showed off her body more. Some were midriff bearing which also showed some scars she had gotten from an accident she had as a child. She was not ashamed of them because she almost died from the accident and the scars represented surviving to her.The she got bad press for letting her scars show!I swear can a woman win???You know the best thing we can do is is be comfortable with ourselves and let the other opinions go.Isn't sad to think so many really wonderful women are measured by the tag in the back of their clothes.

Ok, that's my rant for today. See what happens when I stay away from the chips.....
