Good morning!

I was so excited when I woke up this morning knowing that I get to come down to the board and have coffee with my girlfriends.

The opportunities and possibilities we have available to us are endless.

Getting a little better as days go by - this cold has been pretty bad. Today, I'm forced to take a rest day because of early meetings and working tonight. However, I'm going to give it everything I've got the rest of this week so I can fill the rest of Phyllis' chart with numbers. I am really enjoying the Discovery Health Channel's online challenge, too. This challenge and that one will keep me straight.

Have a great day!

This really hit home. Sounds as though she knows me...

Hi, Phyllis...you hit the nail on the head when you said we have a lot of possibilities as well as things to be grateful for. It is all a matter of looking at the glass half full!

I am going to take advantage of the first oppurtunity today to sub those classes...the first since my first surgery in August. Of course, I am a nervous wreck just getting out in front of people again. But, I will explain that I am recovering from foot surgery and do only what I can.

So taking the "bull by the horns" is the way to go. I am looking forward to seeing how everyone is doing next Monday.

Even though I live in FL, and we've had a warmer than average fall and winter, this time of year still affects me. I can definitely tell a difference with the colder weather and overcast skies part of the time this past week. We're getting up into the mid-60's by afternoon, but still most of the time I just want to sleep. That's why when fall rolls around I'd just as soon head to the Caribbean! There's no way I could function up north fulltime in the winter. I have to give you ladies up there a lot of credit!

Glad to hear things looks as though they're going to work out for your DD.

Hi, Sassy! You really started something with KIUPANM! You got me back on the bandwagon as well as others on the board. Looking forward to reading your posts and seeing how you are faring with the eating and exericising.

We can do this, right?
