So...how did your workout go? I did time on the treadmill (I'm back to dreading that thing) including jogging and incline. Then I hopped over to the Smith weight machine and cranked chest work and shoulder work. Food has been good, but not enough of it. I went to the local pizza joint to pick up food for our software training group and didn't get anything for myself. On purpose. I'm eating a yogurt and will head down to the kitchen in a sec to pour a big glass of soy and cut up an apple to eat with some crunchy peanut butter. Thanks, Rhonda, for reminding me about my fave summer snack. It's yummy in winter too!

Crank it up ladies...here we go!

My workout went great! I took one of my 3 allotted Jazzercise classes and it was a blast! It's such a great workout for me. Eating....er....not so good. I'm on a chocolate binge lately and I can't seem to stop it. I did make it all the way to afternoon break before I broke down and had the M&M's that looked so fabulous in the machine in the cafeteria. Sigh... I gotta get some more of those chocolate graham cracker stix. Yeah, they're still sweet and chocolately, but they are only 140 calories per serving instead of 240 like the M&M's.

I'm just going to keep on rationalizing that one.
