Had a good workout...not as much cardio as I would have liked, but I just can't stand that treadmill this week! Bitter cold out so I opted for a mile on the treadmill, lunges, plie squats, biceps, triceps, abs and lat pull-downs. I'm feeling ripped! Now...to focus on food today!

Get moving today, girls!

Aw Sassy...you are so sweet! I really fell of the fitness wagon when my dd moved home and my Stairmaster moved to the carport!! I'm still wearing my size 12 clothes, but they are snug and I have no desire to head into spring and short season with big flabby thighs and a big tummy! Plus, I felt so darn good when I was on track. It really was a no-brainer to pick myself back up and get back in the race! Thanks so much for all the support. This board just gives me so much incentive!! You ladies are great!~
