Mornin' all.

Morning, all...I did get my 15 minute project done...straighting out the top of my desk and I will streamline it this morning.
Thankful for...hmmmm...plenty of things but most my family!
Today's workout is working out with my students..yesterday I covered 14. 8 miles by the end of the day!
Today is day 2 without caffiene. I'm trying hard to decaffienate my life and see if I can eliminate a little unnecessary stress.
What am I most thankful for this week? My DH. He's a real sweetie when he's not hogging the computer.
Today's workout will be Jazzercise after work.
Um..no I didn't do my 15 minute project yesterday. I went for my walk after work yesterday. Air temp was 45 degrees but the wind was cold and out of the north at a pretty fair clip. So I was half frozen by the time I got back in. Spent the rest of the evening thawing out with Lentil soup and da bears. So, I'll tackle it tonight.
Have a great day everyone.

It is going to be a very windy cold day here.I'm going to have a fairly normal day around here.Too cold and windy for the siding guys to work and both DH and DS will be off
working.New chickens head in early today. Will only be working 1/2 my usual workload next 6 wks which will be so cool.
Not sure about workout, would love to bundle up and head off for a walk in the field.May do a change of pace and get my slide out.Have time to get things done so no excuses. Also want to do some journaling today.
15 minute project will be cleaning the bathroom. That however is not set in stone :)
Have a great day everyone and again thanks so much for your friendship and support.

Thankfuls...I am so thankful for a warm house and warm clothes.
No workout today. A few 15 minute projects and then in the office.
Later, girls.

It's 9 degrees, the wind is blowing and we have about 5" of snow on the ground. DS is supposed to be flying out at 9AM-don't think that will be happening until later in the day. Just hope that he has a safe flight.
This morning's workout was 30 minutes 2.4 miles on the treadmill. Since walking Otto will be a little difficult this evening I'm hoping for a good stretch-haven't done that lately and I think the bones will appreciate it!
15 minute project-this morning it will be playing car jockey-too many cars and not enough driveway since our cars have to be off the street during a snowstorm and of course my car is in the wrong place in the driveway! I also need to complete this project without the benefit of boots. After last winter's snow events boots should have been a high priority on my to buy list but never did get around to it. It will be lots of wet socks and glad that I keep some old sneakers hanging around. This evening's 15 will be to finally get all my laundry out of the laundry room and in it's respective place.
Thankfuls-friends and family, and on these very cold days-remote start in my car-gets my car nice and toasty before driving off to work!
I'm off now to dig out some cars! Have a great day everyone!

Yesterday, my 15 min. project was to look up online the Oprah Tues. show concerning finances. The author of "The Automatic Millionaire" has some simple steps to take. I had to go out to buy the book and am hoping Danny will read it. I really do wish schools would teach kids these principles! Personally, I am fortunate to have both a 401k and profit sharing accounts set up for retirement, but I still need to do more to spend less & save more.
Have a fit day!

I'm between projects at work, so I expect a slow day. I hope the reality matches my expectations.
Good thing it's slow at work. This morning I experienced the Commute from He^^, Part 975. Cold train, no brake pressure in one of the cars, train disabled after mechanics tinkered with it for 20 minutes, passengers discharged at the next open-platform station, and a very crowded new train with very testy, human popsicles standing shoulder to shoulder. Including one who apparently hadn't had a close encounter with a shower in recent days. Ugh.
My 15-minute project involves walking outdoors; so with the temperatures and wind as they are and since it isn't an emergency, I will not be going out until the end of the workday.
Workout tonight is 45 min of cardio with intervals. Wearing the hat and gloves last night in the unheated basement helped me to finish the entire whole workout, so I'll definitely do that again tonight.
Thankfuls? Right now, for enough warm layers of clothing.
Have a great day, everyone! Keep movin' and eatin' healthy!

Took an exercise break yesterday since I'm just getting back into it after a hiatus, but today will be doing about an hour with cardio, weights and some abs work to videos tapes.
