I had the BEST workout....

I warmed up for 10 minutes on the treadmill (fast paced, upped the incline) and then ran at a great clip for a mile, than cooled down at a pretty fast pace with the incline up. Hopped off and went straight into lunges and plie squats (my fave leg workout). Also did chest press on the weight machine, dumbell chest flies, rows with the bar and added weight, biceps and triceps and did I mention major abs???? I kicked some major b**t. I'm sipping some water and eating a fat free/light yogurt and can hardly lift the spoon to my mouth my arms are so shaky. But I feel GREAT!
Thanks everyone for the pick-me-ups with your posts. Phyllis, your post made me crank on the treadmill today, even though I hate that thing :) Your post also make me think about making some decisions and doing it. Shar and Donna are really inspiring me to eat better. Nancy is just ROLLING through her house doing things and has me eyeing my trashed home office. Rhonda, well Rhonda just does so much every day that I hate to read her posts because I feel like such a slackard!
I can not WAIT for October. Those of you girls not definitely going, please try to work it so you can come. It won't be the same without you.

Sassy....you are so pumped!! Should we call you Arnold now??LOL! I will really have to work my b**t off when I can get back to working out to keep up with you and the other FOF ladies.
October may seem far away but the way time is flying as I get older, it will be here before we know it. I am wondering if it is too early to make airline reservations or not. I am really looking forward to it too.
Keep having those fantastic workouts and have a nice long soak to help those tired muscles.
