Workout will be the treadmill if I can get to it when guys aren't trying to watch tv.Weights are a must do today.
I picked up the South Beach diet book yesterday.I'm not sure it's a program I will follow exactly as the book says but it does have some interesting points and great recipes.I'll read that today and my latest O magazine.I need to run out some time for groceries but if rain keeps up that may be put off til tomorrow.Candles and tea sound so much nicer!

We have had more snow overnight and it's now sleeting/raining. It's just generally miserable out there. I would love to spend the day inside but errands beckon me. Target, Costco, grocery store, deli. I do have an appointment for a much needed manicure and then home for a much needed round of bill sorting/bill paying. Hopefully by some time this afternoon I can sit down and enjoy my clean and neat house that I truly did slave over yesterday. I don't anticipate a workout in my activities today as I really must have given myself a good one yesterday from the way various parts of my body are moving today!
Hope your day is wonderful!

Morning, Phyllis...thank you for reminding us..to be thankful for what we have!
Phyllis, I love your messages this morning. Thanks for reminding us so gently that we are very blessed people here.
Light snow, temperatures finally sort of normal (but not for long). I don't know if there's a workout on the agenda for me today. I've done my Sunday thoughtfuls, visited the grocery store (and beat it out of there really fast - very crowded and people shopping like a blizzard was afoot), had breakfast, cut up my veggies for roasting (great aromas coming from my kitchen), and took the chili out of the freezer. I watched the neighbor kids (about a dozen of them) flying around out on the ice on the pond out back. I'm going to run the Swiffer over the wood floors again in a few minutes.
Then I'm going to settle in for what I realize is my purpose for today - to light my red and blue candles and cheer the Patriots on. I am so enjoying all the hoopla today - the local pregame coverage is fun, the excitement is building, the parking lot at the stadium was already full of Winnebagos and tailgaters at 11 am, and we are hoping hoping hoping for another win and geting another step closer to the Super Bowl. We have our banner in the front door and Patriots balloons tied onto the front railings. And I've got my Patriots blanket draped across the sofa in the living room. Rhonda, you'd die at my choice of decor! It's only temporary.
Have a great day, friends! GO PATS!
