Ok ladies I need some help

Yesterday was my birthday, I turned 42 and I have decided that I am going to get myself moving and lose this other weight. In the past I have watched my fat intake. Now to my question, what is a good amount of fat to have daily? I did not really count before I just tried to watch what I was eating and now I really want to get this weight off. Thanks for the help.

Belated Happy Birthday! You are a baby at 42..LOL! Good for you for making the commitment to eating better..you aren't getting older..you are getting better.
Yes...eating less than 30% is good...and keep the saturated fat under 10%. Go for those healthy oils...your body does need some fat to metabolize the nutrients in your food and vitamins.
