Glad that is done for another year or two or three. The tech (who I always seem to get and is great) said she thought everything looked just fine but, "she is not the doctor". She has been right in the past so I pretty much trust her. She does do this everyday.

Stopped by the store on the way home to buy fruits and veggies. I was starving by the time I got

Ya know, it's only once a year. Far less frequent than many other indignities we all must face. It's so good to see you up and about and getting back into the classes. Soon enough you'll be back to yourself again and teaching full speed ahead. Sorry to hear your back is giving you problems. Good luck finding the right Chiropractor for you. I don't put much stock in them myself, but I know people who swear by them.

Hi, Lori...I talked to the Physical Therapist today and she doesn''t put much stock in chiropractors either. She believes I can fix things myself and the chiropractor may have overstretched me. If I exercise "smart", keep stretching and keep using weights, my "hip" but actually the SI joint will heal itself. It will take time like everything else...but it can go in and out on itself. I just kept going because I did feel better afterwards and it was "free". The insurance was paying all of it. I did mention to them that when it stopped paying I would probably not be coming again. I've been through the SI injury too. It never has gone completely away and it's kinda easy to re-injure with a fall or just a slip on the ice for me. But your PT is right. I've been a few of those as well and they all said the same thing...strech gently, take Advil, use moist heat compresses and avoid overdoing things. It does take time, but it does get better.

Hope you're feeling better soon.
