Today is girls day for me.Get my hair cut and colored today then lunch with a friend.Hopefully 2 friends , not sure who can make it yet.The chickens will be mixed in there.Not sure about my workout yet. May hit the treadmill before my next trip to CL.
It is cold here again today.When I came in from CL earlier and hit the shower it stung my skin was so cold.And that was just from walking to and from CL.If it warms up some I would love to take a walk in the sunshine this afternoon.Yesterday I got everything on my list of things to do accomplished!That felt great.
It's another day of strange men hanging outside my windows and off my house.Let the fun begin.....

I AM commited to eating better today. Yesterday wasn't bad but still too many starchy carbs for my own good. I have one obstacle today and that's the annual Anniversay luncheon at work. But they have baked chicken on the menu so I might be ok. Used to be catered in pizza from our local pizza joint. I'm glad that they switched.
Good to hear that your networking is paying off so soon. Go get 'em!

Yet another below freezing day in NY. Lots of ice still hanging around making walking to and from a bit tricky.
Workout this morning was a walk/jog video and yoga for abs. I hope to do either my stretch tape again or another yoga tape before bed this evening. That and putting all my thoughts and how my day went in my journal before going to bed has made for very relaxing sleep the last few nights.
Phyllis congratulations on that new client! Patty enjoy your girl's day out and hope your sister gets her results back today and that it's good news. Lori good luck with your eating plan-you can do it!

I am totally committed to eating well today - it's all gonna be the good stuff. Lunch out with a coworker (chicken Caesar salad sounds good), and DH has a dentist's appointment near my office late this afternoon, so it looks like dinner will be out, also. We've planned to go to Legal Sea Food, and I see an Asian-inspired cod dinner on my plate. Then again, I haven't had calamari in ages.
Workout tonight? Depends on what time we get home. If I do it, it'll be 40 min of cardio and stretching.
No 15-min projects on the agenda.

Last night I did a 5 mi. run & this a.m. I did a 3 mi. powerwalk. Tony Little Abs are on agenda for tonight. Did lots of housecleaning last night & plan some more tonight.

Hopping on the Stairmaster when I get off the computer. Shooting for another 2 miles today. My weight is holding at 5lbs. even though I've been eating on track and not cheating, so I'm hoping that it's from the exercise. I really need to up my water intake too. I've only been getting about a litre a day and whatever tea I drink.
Tonight will be a challenge. It's Chinese New Year and we are heading out for dinner. Fortunately FIL always order steamed fish of some kind and there is usually steamed chicken and a fair amount of veggy dishes!
15 minute project for me....tidy the shelf in my closet and dust the fan in my bedroom. Might just dust the door jambs, etc. while I'm in there too! :)
Hi, Phyllis...your passion for life is really showing today, but then again, it usually does come through. Great news about getting another client. Hope it is worth the trip for you.
Oh, boy...were you watching me? I am sitting here eating some Smart Pop Kettle Corn...I was craving something and the baby carrots with hummus didn't do it.
Plan to do some weights today. Don't know if I will do full body or just upper or lower with abs of course. If I do full body...I can take off tomorrow...:-)
Your workouts always sound so good. Someday I will be back to it!
