Good Morning. Whatcha thankful for this morning?
What's your workout(s) for the day?
What are your food plans for the day?
What 15 minute project(s) will you tackle and get over with? Tackle a yucky one that will make you feel GREAT that it's finally done (or at least started)!
What's your favorite body lotion? Brand and scent, please.
Have an awesome day!

I'm thankful for DD's caring school counselor and teachers who are all willing to go the extra mile.
What's your workout(s) for the day? Cardio, lunges, squats, abs.
What are your food plans for the day?
Have got to be better than yesterday! Yesterday was carb-overload-comfort food day. This d**n AF pre-game has been a nightmare this month.
What 15 minute project(s) will you tackle and get over with? Tackle a yucky one that will make you feel GREAT that it's finally done (or at least started)!
Still attempting to start on the home office. I will spend 15 minutes picking the piles up off the floor, putting everything in a laundry basket for the next 15 minute project, and dust and vacuum the office.
What's your favorite body lotion? Brand and scent, please.
Victoria Secret, luxurious hand and body cream, Blusing Rose is the scent. I tight second is the B&B Works Pure Simplicity, Hydrating Body Balm, the scent is Fig. Yummy.
Hugs.

I am thankful that I got 95% of the newsletter finished yesterday ahead of schedule. Of course, I have a board meeting today where new information will probably be added, then I'll be doing the info. shuffle, but I'm feeling good about my progress.
Also, thankful my Mom's colonoscopy results were good. Now, if the biopsies are too that will be really wonderful.
I have the above mentioned board meeting today, which will last into early afternoon. Also, the never-ending floor scrubbing (the joy of 5 indoor pets).... Can't think of anything that takes only 15 minutes -- well, maybe the T-Tapp video. That would be a good one.
I've been doing a loosely based version of SBD, so will try to stick to that for my food today. I had a salad last night when the guys had foot-long subs, so I thought that was pretty good. I'd rather have had a sub on cheese bread, but resisted.
My favorite perfumed lotion is Miracle or Tresor, both by Lancome. Favorite general unscented lotion is probably Curel.
Have a wonderful day!

Good Morning. Whatcha thankful for this morning?
No early client.

Hi there early bird.
"Make Choices that bring you joy" cl-Patty
My workout today: I can't decide between an easy bike ride in the gym and a rest day. My legs are talking to me today after yesterday so I'm thinking it might be a very easy ride in the gym to work out some of the kinks.
My food plans are to do better today than yesterday. I did ok at the luncheon until they brought out the cherry pie. I'm a sucker for a cherry pie. But I did not overeat until I felt I would burst so I still feel pretty good about it. Today I have my home made lunch of soup, salad and fruit with a yogurt for my afternoon slump. Breakfast was an omelette with green peppers, brocolli (or is it broccoli? I can never remember...) and hot salsa on the top. Yes, toast too...have to have something to cool down that salsa! And I don't know yet what's for supper. Either chicken or fish with a nice baked potato and a big fat helping of green beans. I'm on a green bean kick lately...I can eat a whole can with no trouble...
15 minute project...too yucky to describe here. I was thinking of calling up the folks at Fear Factor and seeing if they wanted to shoot an episode at my place. There are enough scary things here for at least one show, maybe two.
Currently, my favorite body lotion comes from a little shop in Canon City, CO. The brand name escapes me but the scent is gardenia. Phyllis? Help me here.
Have a super duper ally ooper day!

Whatcha thankful for this morning? With all the cold weather we've been having-a nice warm place to live with nice thick covers to sleep under. So many people don't have that luxury or landlords that don't want to provide it to them.
What's your workout(s) for the day? Workout is complete for this morning-25 minutes on the treadmill 2.03 miles and weights. Crunches and a stretch or yoga this evening
What are your food plans for the day? Just continue whatever I've been doing that's been working well this week.
What 15 minute project(s) will you tackle and get over with? Tackle a yucky one that will make you feel GREAT that it's finally done (or at least started)! That would probably be the laundry basket that's sitting in my bedroom with everything in except laundry.
What's your favorite body lotion? Brand and scent, please. My new found favorite is Elizabeth Arden Green Tea with Honey Drops. I bought it at a warehouse sample sale and had never used it until recently and I just love it.
Hope you all have a wonderful day!
Susan
I'm thankful that I'm looking down at the grass rather than up at the roots. It's great to be alive, healthy, thinking, and able.
Workout for the day - the whole thing. Heading for 90 min early this evening.
Food plans - stay with the good stuff. Breakfast was steel-cut oats, 2 slices of Canadian bacon, 4 oz oj, and big cuppa Joe. Lunch is the rest of the salad w/steak tips that I had yesterday. Healthy snacks within reach. Light dinner - beef barley soup, roasted veggies, toasted Arnold HealthNut bread with a little parmesan, Smart Balance, and garlic. A baked apple for dessert. Lots of water all day.
15 minutes project? Something will turn up.
Favorite body lotion - B&BW sheer freesia.
Flo is just around the corner and seems to be showing up early again. Is this a ***GASP** AGE THING?????Or else she's messin with me and going to prolong the torture.Old biddy!!!Anyway I think I'm going to force feed her veggies and fruits today with lean protein.Have I told you all what I believe to be the single most important invention?Break and bake cookies. No mixing , no slicing!Pretty much just instant gratifcation.I'm kinda on a cookie binge lately.....
Workout will be something. But I logged up my miles for the past 3 wks and it's been up there.I can tell I'm getting into my need a break stage.Today may be a walk back in the field with only the voices to cheer me on.
It's suppose to go up to a balmy 42 today!!!WHOHOO, break out the coppertone!!!Then a cold wave comes thru about lunchtime, temps plumet and winds get up.Where the heck is July???
Favorite lotion is B&B warm vanilla sugar.Use shower gel, lotions, scrubs, love it!!!!

I was up and out the door this morning to have coffee with my gf, so didn't get a chance to post. Max and I walked there, so I'm counting that as my cardio. I'll do some upper body weights this afternoon or evening. Have another gf coming over this afternoon because she needs some help with her knitting.
I'm pretty proud of myself. We went out for dinner last night (Chinese New Year's) and I did really well. Filled up on steamed chicken, beef and chinese broccoli, scallops and snowpeas and some yummy rock cod. Didn't touch the rice or fortune cookies!!! I did have wine though. Okay....I'm not perfect! :) This morning I cheated too! Gf and I always meet at this incredible little Italian bakery down the road. This place has stuff to die for!! I just couldn't resist the sour cherry and apple scone that was there. But, ....on the plus side, gf hadn't ordered anything, so I made her eat half!!!!!! What are friends for? LOL
I'm thankful for friends and family. Especially my wonderful dh.
My current favorite body lotion is Mango body butter from a little local company called Saltspring Soapworks. Smells delicious and feels good too!
