Hi Tara! Last year I lost 6 pounds, 1-3/4" off my waist and 2-1/4" from my midriff by doing crunches - no more than 15 minutes 4-5x a week, without the use of abdominal gizmos, not even with a $14 exercise ball. I've got a tape called 8-Minute Abs, but haven't heard about 6 Second Abs.
