Tired this morning! Both boys had nose-bleeds last night, so I've got piles of laundry to do today! What I wouldn't give for a good solid nights sleep!
Workout today will be 1/2 on the Stairmaster and some weights.
Food....I'm moving into Phase II of SB a couple of days early. The scale seems to be standing still, so I'm thinking perhaps I'm not eating enough. Added steel cut oats and 1/4 of an apple this morning. I'm hoping it might help.
I am taking the day off (I am a real estate broker) and going to pick my honey up at the airport this afternoon, he is returning from a very intense training workshop in Galveston. No plans for the Super bowl, except that we will definitely be watching. I did yoga this morning for one hour. I use a Bryan Kest Power Yoga tape. (anyone ever seen him?? WOW) and then I did a run/walk on the treadmill for 40 minutes. I hope to play golf tomorrow. We usually try and walk the course and I do inner thigh and butt squeezes while waiting for my turn to hit the ball. LOL
