Good morning to everyone,

I am new to Slimfast by 2 days. I am enjoying the menus. I am not a 3 meal a day person so it fits into my retired lifestyle. I have loved cooking forever and my DH is a retired Chef, now we do the healthy thing in the kitchen, a challenge sometimes.I started TOPS a year ago and have lost 20 pounds so far, there was never any special diet I followed and I went up and down. Now I am stuck in 160's. I started at 166 2 days ago and now I am 164. My first goal is 150 and the final goal 140. I am determined to this now. Hope everyone has a good day. Susan

Welcome, Susan. Congratulations on your weight loss! That is wonderful to be able to share time in the kitchen with your spouse! Good luck with the Slimfast.

Hope to see more of your posts and learn more about you.

Welcome, Susan. Best of luck with Slimfast - it worked for me a long time ago, but I'm on to other things now.

Hope to hear more from you!

Susan, did your DH specialize in a certain type of food? I'm a foodie - not obsessed with it, but really interested in it. Dining out is my downfall.

Welcome, and WTG on your weight loss! I've done Slim Fast before - I usually use it as a kick start, but don't stick with it because it just doesn't sustain me... and I tend to go back to old eating habits rather than making better choices. Keep up the good work! Do you do any exercise? We're a great support board for that too!
