Good morning to everyone,

I am new to Slimfast by 2 days. I am enjoying the menus. I am not a 3 meal a day person so it fits into my retired lifestyle. I have loved cooking forever and my DH is a retired Chef, now we do the healthy thing in the kitchen, a challenge sometimes.I started TOPS a year ago and have lost 20 pounds so far, there was never any special diet I followed and I went up and down. Now I am stuck in 160's. I started at 166 2 days ago and now I am 164. My first goal is 150 and the final goal 140. I am determined to this now. Hope everyone has a good day. Susan

What a nice welcome from everyone.

My husband took culinary training in all areas. I decorate cakes. He just loves to cook and I am so happy he eats low fat 90% of time. I would love to post healthy low fat,low carb recipes too. I also revise many of the recipes. We might even have our won recipe site here.:) I agree about the Slimfast for a way of eating, I am not one for fast food either, this is a start for me to shrink my stomach and not be so hungry all of time. I do eat yogurt,LF cottage cheese, fruit and veg. I try and have one real hefty meal at 2 pm when we have our main meal. I just find it is better to eat pretty much of what I wish in small portions. If I crave a sweet, I have SF pudding or jello. The healthy choice fudge bars are good too!:) Well enough about the weight. I am unable to exercise much due to severe degenerative bone disease, each year I become more debilitated. I do walking tapes, treadmill, light weights, and floor stretches. most of the time, when I do them I am down a couple of days, then I get back on the horse and go again! I will send off a recipe today. Have a great weekend all. Susan P
