What's it going to be tonight - are your Betty Crocker in the kitchen, or Ruby Tuesday on takeout? Australian at Outback, or Italian at Olive Garden?

Inquiring minds need to know....

I was thinking I'd like to get reacquainted with Ruby Tuesday's tonight. It's in the mall about a mile from the movies, I like their Carolina Chicken Salad, and there was a buy one entree get one free coupon in the paper! Think we're going to see "Cheaper By the Dozen" unless Rob goes with us. He's already seen it and said it was very funny. Not sure what Plan B is yet.

I'm craving fresh swordfish. Hope the price is right - it's usually around $12 a pound this time of year. If not swordfish, I'll make do with some other finned friend that DH likes also. Roasted asparagus and oven-fried sweet potatoes. I'll break into the no-sugar-added fudgsicles for a taste, and gaze longingly at DH.....as he eats a chocolate eclair.

Cluck Cluck....chicken chicken chicken and more chicken..........ok and probably some fish with some veggies thrown in will be my dinners every night until I lose this 10-12 pounds I gained over the last year during post divorce healing time. LOL

I am picking up my bf at the airport so we will probably go out for dinner...maybe the Outback or a place here called The Interurban. Right now I am chomping on a little dry Kashi and drinking a big jug of water. ;)

I'd like some shrimp or salmon w/grilled veggies and some soup (sans noodles or potatoes). We'll see . . .

Baked chicken enchiladas! New recipe, I have most of the ingredients on hand. Makes a double batch so I can freeze one.

We're going out tonight but in our rural area, we have no Rubey Tuesday's, TGIFridays or anything like that unless we drive 100 miles and we don't want to do that.

I'm thinking it might be chicken soup and crackers. I think I'm coming down with a cold or something. Started getting chills about an hour ago and I've had a wicked headache all day. Crapola! Just when I thought I might make it through the winter without a nasty cold...drat...

Sounds good to me. I love the little local places.....OK, I like anyplace where good food is prepared and served - by someone else.
