How's your day been? Did you get a workout in? Did you give yourself a day off? Projects around the house? Any exciting adventures?

I had already gotten my workout in first thing this morning and I've had kind of a slow paced day around here. A bit unusual for a Saturday but I've rather enjoyed it. DH and I made a morning run to Target. The man hates most stores and this is the 2nd weekend in a row to Target with me and did it all without hyperventilating! We bought an over the door shoe rack-the kind with pouches and my main man installed it in on the inside of our hall closet so that everyones hats, scarfs and gloves can be pulled out easily. We had been using stackable bins in the closet but needless to say everything was always tossed into the closet. Sorted out the gloves and needless to say a ton of mismatched ones in there, ones with holes tossed away. Still have some laundry to fold and sheets to change but I'm taking a little break with an apple and some peanut butter and waiting for my slow cooked fajitas to finish cooking. It will be an early dinner and then DH and I are going to see Lord of the Rings this evening.

That's been my day so far, how's yours going?

I got the weight training in this morning but ended up only putting in 2 miles on the treadmill.

Hope you like the LOR - alot of folks say ROTK is the best one & I loved it, but my favorite is "The Two Towers" for some reason. Maybe because Aragorn has the conflicting feelings in it, I don't know. Anyway, after you watch it, tell me which one is your favorite.

I bet your fajitas are better than the ones served out here in the restaurants! Have a nice evening.

I did my workout with Firm Body Sculpting & added more floorwork (lots of thigh work using free weights) for a total of 1 1/2 hours. I hope my muscles are sore tomorrow! Did cleaning & laundry while waiting on cable guys & now will continue reading my books on fitness. I checked out "Body for Life". Hmmm... is all I can say. I skimmed it and am now wondering if anyone here does series of weights & different # of reps as illustrated in that book. How many pounds do you all lift? I better go out and buy some heavier weights, LOL! Lifting weights has always been my weak point.

You will love LOTR, I saw it and it's great! We just returned from Super Target ourselves.......I love that store!

We got our workout in this morning with a power walk, then went to the health food market and got our coconut oil, which I am anxious to try tonight. Richard (bf) bought some atkins bagels and I squeezed myself out about 1/2 container of fresh peanut butter (the market has fresh peanuts that churn into fresh peanut butter) and a little almond butter. YUMMY. After that it was a stop at Blockbuster and then in for the evening to watch movies and have a quiet dinner together.

Hope everyone had a fun Saturday!
