I won't think you've lost your mind...I'm already so far out there everyone else seems normal :)

Heading to the treadmill in a few minutes. Already made breakfast for DH and the darlings. DH and DD (and her sleptover friend) are off to DD's indoor soccer game in a bit. Starts at 8:00. We'll hook up with them at church later, I guess. Never did a workout yesterday and felt like a slug all day. Have to work out this morning. Especially since I've been awake since 3:00. That is my usual time now and it is driving me batty!

Anyhoo...I'm looking out the window as I type this and the sky is gorgeous...a few light wispy clouds, lots of blue and pink and orange. One would never know a major snowstorm is barreling down on us!

Hugs

Tell us later????Now my mind is imagining all kinds of things.....And Sassy, are you so far out there even the princess seems normal?????

What am I doing today??I think I'll keep the excitement meter on low today, as if!!!!Chickens first then a run to the grocery store. I dread the trip to the store!People always get so cranky when they are callin for bad weather.A couple years ago I went just before a big storm and stocked up.My cart was overflowing.Anyway some snarly woman looked at me and said" How many people are in your family????"I looked her straight in the eye and said FIVE!!!!Sheesh I couldn't tell her all that was for 3 people.

A workout today is possible. Maybe weights or maybe a walk outside or maybe a power nap as the snow falls.....

No, Phyllis, I wouldn't think you have gone mad, but now I'M going to go bonkers wondering what you are going to share!

I sure don't look like an angel this a.m., but looks be blasted and I think I will go for a nice, long powerwalk on my favorite trail. I like to sort things out in my head, too, Phyllis. Trouble is, I think I overanalyze just about everything. I should tell myself over and over: Trust God and K.I.S.S.

I want to go to SS, do my own devotional, go grocery shopping, do more cleaning junk out of my home, and do some ab work today. I am so sore this a.m. It had to be those squats and lunges from the Firm, but I still like to add my floor work exercises for legs. The grocery shopping is a must - no food in this house! I'd like to try some new recipes, too, from the books I've checked out & bought on WW and fitness.

Have a blessed Sunday, everyone.

I must be so far out there, then, because I've ALWAYS thought you were perfectly normal ;)

That darn Phyllis...and Michele...sneaking in a little "got big news - tell ya later" stuff. It better be really, really good!

Good Morning,

Ok Phyllis, all the inquiring minds are in a whirlwind! And if you're thinking you've gone mad I'm in big trouble.

There will be no workout for me today. I am unbelievably stiff and sore all over from yesterday's workout. The workout really worked me out. I'm thinking a rest day from everything today. I haven't had one of those days in ages. I do have to pay some bills and do some filing. But the rest of the day will be a manicure and put some clean sheets on DS'bed as he is heading home sometime today(just hope he beats the snowstorm) and the project of the day will be to relax-I'm sure I know how to do that anymore.

DH and I went to the LOTR last night. We both enjoyed it although DH is a big fan of all the fantasy type of books and movies and it's usually not my first choice. But enjoyed it nonetheless.

Have a wonderful Sunday.

A nice warm soak in bubbles will help your sore and tired muscles...grab a good book, light a few candles and relax your mind, too. Surely can't hurt!

Hugs.

At the risk of being 'quite slow and feeble brained', what does K.I.S.S. stand for?
