I feel so much better now that I have. Quick mile on the treadmill (I know I need to do more cardio but I just HATE that treadmill thing). Abs, abs, abs. Biceps, triceps, squats and lunges. Hoo-Rah. I am ready to face the day :)

Did a 3 mile powerwalk with the BeeGees Greatest & when I got home, ds was there w/dad getting fishing tackle together. I was so happy to see ds, I forgot about jumping in shower to get ready for SS! Oh well. . . They didn't stay long, so I then did my abs & am now having breakfast (late) and ready to start the day.

Today was my free day, but I still played 18 holes of golf and walked the course. Wow, that course had a lot of inclines and hills and my thighs are really talking to me right now! ;)
