One of my goals this year is to be able to do both the push ups and sit ups for my age at the Army National Guard booth at the Fair this year (in October).

I can still remember that moment in 2001 when I first started Jazzercise and one of the routines included pushups.

Wow! I remember those charts from when I was in the military. I had to do a lot more reps back then! ;-)

Thanks for reminding me of these... I think that it would be fun to do a PT test for ourselves and see where we're at.

I went to the site and there is no chart for my age...so I went to the age above it and it was there.

I could do the situps and pushups...but running is another story. The old insides can't take it anymore.

Thanks for sharing

I am unable to get any page that has numbers of pushups or situps or anything like that.

I admire anyone for setting and meeting new challenges, and maybe I'll change my mind somewhere along the way, but I will be doing military pushups when the Army reinstitutes the draft and they come calling for women of a certain age, or when h#*l freezes over, whichever comes first. And I'm pretty good already, thanks!
