To count or not to count...

I was wondering how everybody here handles caloric intake. I posted below under the January 04 challenge and talked about my desire to stop counting calories. Does anybody here count? I personally am tired of it but afraid to stop.

Thanks,

I recognize you from the SBD board too. I've talked up our board over there a number of times, so I'm really glad you've come over. Shan and Ria are supposed to pop over sometime too. That should liven things up!! ;-)

I don't count calories -- too big a pain. If I keep a watch on anything it's bad carbs and bad fat, but even that is pretty hit and miss lately.

Hope you'll stick around and become a regular here.

Hi, Drummers Chick! You look great in the picture on Jeepster's website! Glad you're here & you'll have to share with us what you do for workouts!

I wouldn't know where to begin with calorie counting! LOL! No way do I have the patience for it, so I'm no help. I don't mind counting points with WW, though - much simpler. I also like to limit the bad carbs, although I am a very stubborn woman - I have a penchant for bread & pasta so I really have to watch the portions! I guess that's why WW appeals to me. It has taught me alot about what portions. Also, journaling does keep me honest!

I hope find a more comfortable alternative than the counting of calories. You look to be in great shape!

Welcome,

Kat
