I'm not very good in the willpower area, but just yesterday I got my points checkbook out and made another one in the computer so I won't have any excuse to not log my eating. That helps a little. I think I've come to the conclusion that I will have to pass up the goodies from now on - this year at holiday time, I ate too many goodies & it is just way too hard to lose the weight. I guess I will be no fun at food get togethers, but I'd rather be slim than sorry (maybe that should be my new motto, huh?).

Nancy, you are so tiny & you must be doing great most of the time to be a Lifetime member of WW! At least you didn't gain more than a few. Speaking of donuts, I haven't had a Krispy Kreme in ages and thankfully, none of the other donut places in town have good donuts! However, I have other weaknesses, so it's a day to day struggle! Dark chocolate is in this office. I made my ds a banana pudding Sunday, but made myself some sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding. It was pretty good & didn't upset my stomach, but I won't be having things like that very often, just when I make ds a dessert. I'm like a baby about food sometimes - don't want to feel deprived!

This mornings workout was the short pilates tape and a 40 minute run/walk on the treadmill, so tonight I will throw in a good ab workout to top that off. I have had a busy day and couldn't get here as much as I would have liked. I have people coming from Seattle tomorrow and will be with them the next two days, showing them homes. For that reason I may not be around much, but will be around as much as I can. ;)
