Phyllis, I'm sorry I didn't write my challenge stuff down on a sheet.

I know you can put at least 20 miles down for me. Plus 12 good days of water and 12 great days of food. I think I squeaked in about 3 hours of weights. Only about 4 days of journalling (one of my week spots). Hope I'm not too terribly late getting this in!

Hi Phyllis - we didn't get back from out of town until yesterday since it was icing over on Monday, and I didn't get online last night. My cold and ear infection got me off track this last week, but prior to that:

9.75 hours of exercise on 11 days. 40 oz of water daily over 21 days (in addition to my glass of milk and 2 cups of coffee which I didn't count), and an eating plan hovering aroun 2 on a scale of 1-5.

Of course, eating plans ALWAYS get blown away when we visit MIL! Time to get back on the wagon.
