I love pampered chef stuph!

Watch out for the oil spray bottle though. Mine clogged almost immediately. I went back to PAM after that. or just wiped things down with a papertowel like I used to.

Their "baking stone" deepdish pie pan is awesome - I used mine constantly. Have fun at the party!

Good morning/brunch time!

What a busy morning. I won't be here too much this afternoon because I'm WAY behind on work. I might have a chance to catch up with the board this evening after my workout. Cardio/weights/abs/stretching - the usual. I didn't get to cardio last evening after my shopping adventure; plus, I ate a bowl of 3-alarm chili for my quick dinner, and I thought it wiser not to try to joggle around with that in my stomach when I got home. BTW, it was GREAT!

I'm thankful, in no particular order:

1) for Thursday - the week is almost over and it's been a dog at work.

2) for warmer temperatures and sunshine, even if it's only a couple of days.

3) that the Patriots stayed in Boston.

4) for DH and our families.

Have a great day, everyone!

Donna

That's too funny--the one thing I was interested while looking through the catalog was the pizza/baking stone. I always thought it would be fun to have people over, make pizza dough, put out a lot of toppings (odder the better)...like pears and gorgonzola..yummmm and have a gourmet pizza party making party.

My sister has the pizza stone and uses it for every flat thing she bakes. It's very well used. I got a number of their pieces and love all of them. Even that tricky little oil sprayer - haven't had a problem with it yet (now watch - it won't function next time I use it....)

I love to go to a Pampered Chef party at least once a year. Someone holds up an item and I say, "oh, I have that". Someone else holds up another item and I say, "oh, I have that, too". "Hm. I wonder where that is?". Turns out I have all the necessary kitchen gadgets plus an extra 100 or so! I never buy anymore. That's not true...last month I went to a PC party and picked up a little plastic veggie steamer I had been eyeing for years and never got. I use it to melt butter (forget those healthy veggies!).

Have fun!

Sassy

I'm thankful to have a home to rest in when I'm ill as was so today! Touch of the stomach virus today, so came home early & actually stayed away from work the rest of the day! I CAN do it! I called in sick to Dillard's too, as what's the use if I'll be making trips to the ladies room all night! Anyway, got to watch Oprah - neat show & yes, I need to clear out the clutter & make my bedroom my sanctuary! My attic is now available for storage & my plans are to move suitcases & boxes of books up there so I have room under my bed for my mini-tramp! I'm also donating my stair stepper to Goodwill as I never use it. The comforter is going to the cleaners and some beautiful pictures and candles are going to surface. On Oprah, I loved the mirrors & chandeliers used in the 2nd couple's bedroom, too - gorgeous! Anyway, it's time for a bedroom makeover!

Anna! Congratulations for the chairmanship of the panel at Oxford! What an opportunity! You'll have to tell us all about it!

Hey, how romantic is Rome for Valentine's Day! How lovely!
